Week of February 3, 2025: St. Helen Parishioners

Week of February 10, 2025: Members of Surrounding Catholic Parishes

Week of February 17, 2025: Open Enrollment

Once enrollment begins for your category, the next step would be to Create an Account with FACTS SIS. Click HERE to begin. You will then receive an email from FACTS to verify the email address you entered. Follow the link provided for additional instructions on completing the Online Application.

Once you create an account, the Online Application must be completed in a week.
